Q. Which CODECs are supported in the Chameleo video player?
A: The chameleo video player includes many CODECs, so you won't need to
install separate CODECs for most videos.
The Chameleo video player supports the following video CODECs.
- MPEG-1, MPEG-1 VideoCD, H.261
- MPEG-2
- H.263, MPEG-4 simple profile(divx, xvid, MS MPEG-4 v1/2, FLVI
- Window Media v7, Window Media v8/
- H.264 simple profile, H.264 main profile
- Theora
